Preconception care
Modern society does nothing to support fertility, in fact, evidence indicates the exact opposite is true. If you’re planning to conceive, you have an ideal opportunity to do an assessment of your health to help yourself have the healthiest pregnancy and resulting baby. We look at nutritional status, cycle health, metabolic foundations, and any history that’s relevant to the pregnancy you’re seeking.
Prenatal care
Prenatal care that centers you. Each appointment covers the standard clinical monitoring alongside all the other important matters: how you’re sleeping, how your body is changing, what’s worrying you. Home visits are available for clients who want prenatal care in their own space, particularly in the second and third trimesters. For patients navigating high-anxiety pregnancies, loss history, or a complex prior birth experience, continuity with a single provider matters in ways that are hard to quantify and easy to feel. I will work with your planned birth attendant.
Postnatal care
The six-week postpartum check is not enough, and most people who’ve had a baby know that. The fourth trimester is a physiological event — hormonal withdrawal from pregnancy levels, sleep deprivation stacking against cortisol, lactation’s demand on nutritional reserves, and the mood shifts that can follow any or all of it. Postpartum care here includes as many visits as the clinical picture warrants, covering physical recovery, hormonal stabilization, lactation support, and postpartum mood. We don’t close the chart at six weeks.

GENITOURINARY & ACUTE CONCERNSThe visits nobody wants to need
Vaginitis, BV, yeast, urinary symptoms, vulvar pain — these are among the most common reasons to see a gynecologic provider, and among the most commonly under-treated. Recurrence is often more than just about another course of antibiotics. An infection that keeps coming back is asking a question about the underlying ecosystem: vaginal pH, the microbiome, glucose regulation, hygiene products, hormonal shifts. Treating the episode and investigating the pattern are both part of the visit.
Same or next-day appointments are the goal for acute concerns, in person or by telehealth.

We are currently a cash pay practice for clinical visits while insurance credentialing is underway, many labs can be billed through insurance. FSA/HSA accepted!
